Buyers and sellers don’t realize that historically home prices in the USA have fluctuated in wild cycles, just like everything else. We could plot a long chart that will show historical home prices, adjusted for inflation, but while surfing the web, we found this animation that will give you a fun visual understanding of these cycles.
